Crop Over 2013 Kicks Off

The Fantastic Four Cavalcades, kicks off Barbados’ 2013 Crop Over season on the 11th of May, with the first of four warm-up events

Hosted across the country, the free community outdoor events features; bustling performance areas, vendors offering culinary treats and crafts for sale.

In the past, concert offerings have included; tuk band music and dance, steel pan music, cultural dancers, calypso karaoke, vintage calypso and soca, as well as new calypso and soca releases.

The events are well attended and crowds can grow in excess of 5000.
